I haven’t received my tickets. What shall I do?
You should receive both a booking confirmation and individual tickets within 5 minutes of registering.
If you haven’t received your tickets, please double-check the following:
- The email you have used to register.
- Your junk/spam email folder.
- If you have checked the above and still haven’t received the tickets, you can login and download your tickets from your account section.
If you are still experiencing issues, please email [email protected] and a member of the team will check the situation and resend the tickets if required.
I’ve lost the email with my tickets on. What shall I do?
What is your ticket refund policy?
We must receive notification of all cancellations 12 weeks prior to the event. After this date, cancellations and refunds will no longer be issued due to services already being contracted.
