Are there any hotels available near the venue in Dubai?

Dubai offers a wide range of hotel options, several of which near this year’s Summit venue. You can find a selection of hotels at a discounted rate here. These hotels’ excellence and proximity to the Convention Centre can provide you with the best possible Summit experience. Please note that the discounted rates are only available until 14 June 2023, and that there are a limited number of rooms available at this rate. We advise booking early to avoid disappointment.

Will there be any photography or videography at the event?

Photographs will be taken at the Cardano Summit 2023. By participating in this event you grant the Cardano Foundation and its partners full image use rights. For further information please see the ticket T&Cs on our website.

When and where will the Cardano Summit 2023 take place?

The Cardano Summit will happen on 2-4 November, 2023, with the main stage event taking place at the Grand Hyatt in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Multiple community-led events will also take place in different cities around the world.

What is the agenda for the main stage event?

The agenda for the main stage event will be announced in October 2023.

Do I need to arrange transport to the Desert Experience?

If you have booked a ticket to the Desert Experience, transport from and to the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre is included in the ticket price.
Coaches will depart from the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre at 17:30 GST, with an approx journey time of 45 minutes to the desert. Return coaches will depart back to the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre at 21:30 GST.

Will my dietary requirements be catered for?

Yes. When purchasing your tickets please fill in your dietary requirements when prompted at checkout and we will ensure they are catered for.

What to wear and pack for the Desert Experience?

Please wear comfortable footwear that makes it easy for you to walk on sand. Dubai generally has lovely and warm weather in November, but we suggest taking along a light jacket as it can become quite cool in the evening after sunset.

Do I need to arrange transport to the Gala Awards Dinner?

No. If you have booked a ticket to attend the Gala Awards Dinner at The Armani Pavilion, Burj Khalifa, transport to and from the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre is included in the ticket price.
Coaches will depart from the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre at 18:15 GST, with an approx journey time of 15 minutes to the Armani Pavilion. The first return coach will depart the Armani Pavilion at 22:00 GST and return to the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre, with the last return coach departing at midnight.

What is the dress code for the Gala Dinner?

The dress code is formal including lounge suits, and cocktail wear, with black tie optional.

I haven’t received my tickets. What shall I do?

You should receive both a booking confirmation and individual tickets within 5 minutes of registering.

If you haven’t received your tickets, please double-check the following:

  • The email you have used to register.
  • Your junk/spam email folder.
  • If you have checked the above and still haven’t received the tickets, you can login and download your tickets from your account section.

I’ve lost the email with my tickets on. What shall I do?

If you have lost your email, you can login to your account and re-download your tickets.

What is your ticket refund policy?

We must receive notification of all cancellations 12 weeks prior to the event. After this date, cancellations and refunds will no longer be issued due to services already being contracted.
